Dr. Hali Deters is a sports chiropractor specializing in musculoskeletal injuries, rehabilitation, and performance-based care. With a background as a clinician, personal trainer, and professional rugby athlete, she brings a unique perspective to treating active individuals and athletes navigating injury, recovery, and return to performance.

Dr. Hali earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree while competing as a scholarship rugby player and continued her athletic career into the professional level. Her own experiences with injury and rehabilitation sparked a deeper interest in understanding how to bridge the gap between pain relief and long-term performance. Rather than relying on a single treatment approach, she integrates chiropractic care with soft tissue therapy, rehabilitation, and movement-based strategies to help patients build strength, resilience, and confidence in their bodies.

She has experience working with athletes across a variety of sports and competitive levels. Her approach focuses on identifying the root cause of pain, restoring efficient movement, and helping individuals return to the activities that bring them purpose, community, and happiness.

Dr. Hali believes that effective care comes from collaboration, transparency, and individualized treatment. She values working alongside the Ethos clinical and coaching teams to support each athlete’s full spectrum of health, performance, and longevity.

Outside of the clinic, Hali continues to compete as a high level rugby player, play recreational sports (such as flag football, volleyball, and pickleball), and enjoys strength training, exploring movement, and spending time with the communities she has found through sport.
